Property values are set by a home surveyor.  Of course, that's just a guideline.  If you feel like your house is worth more, or you're happy to accept a little less, we'll do our best to get you exactly what you need.

We deal with the tennants, the contract, handing over of keys, ensuring the property is returned to you in the same condition you left it in and being the contact person for any emergencies, such as plumbing or electrical outtages.
